thanks for ending your week with us. >> first up a check on the wet forecast because you could find some slick roads. mike? >> a lot of the roads are slick because it is scattered light rain. now, a look at live doppler 7 hd you can see the green returns are near point reyes and over the ocean and along half moon bay and into the ocean there. the first forecast shows scattered light rain through the morning commute and by noon that is when the showers will start to develop and isolated thunder and small hail is possible. you will want did have an umbrella. breezy along the coast, spreading across the rest of our neighborhoods tonight and through tomorrow. 59 to 63 around the bay and 58 to 62 inland and 54 to 68 coast and san francisco. cooler-than-average. leyla gulen? >> good morning, everyone, we are starting off on a wet note and you can see we have plenty

of friend an indication of where we have rain that is falling, sprinkles making it slick for you and we have a report of an overturned vehicle on 5 05 and a brand new accident blocking a lane northbound 101 so if you are driving along the peninsula trying to make it to the city you will find it and it could slow you down and not seeing any delays just yet. drive time traffic 680, 14 minutes and 101 southbound from santa rosa to san francisco is 51 minutes and through the santa cruz mountains 24 minutes and speaking of 101, headed into san francisco, here is a look at the drive away from 580, the san rafael commute is going to be a good drive and not seeing any accidents, but, maybe just a little bit of wet pavement. there may not be a lot of rain but enough to mess with the commute and any possible outdoor activities. matt joins us with what he is seeing out there.

it is wet in san jose. >> rain are picking up in the south bay and if you are headed outside this morning, you will want to be prepared. check out there video from campbell on hamilton avenue at 3:30 this morning, and the showers were coming down at that time, and they were not consistent but not too many people were out and about it was just wetting the ground and we stopped at santa clara university and we saw a few students but they did not mind the light showers and spark fans are headed out for game five homing san jose pulls it out against the kings. it is wet. a lot of people would be coming by if they head to work or grabbing a bus or headed on to amtrak this morning so if you are headed out this morning, be prepared and the best advise is to bring the raincoat or

umbrella. >> developing news, everyone snows the warriors plan to leave oakland but there is a multimillion dollar dispute of when they can pack up and leave. katie marzullo? >> fans are upset as it is that the warriors could lose oakland for san francisco but now it could cost them money. the "san francisco chronicle" reporting to the director of the coliseum authority and the lease agreement, if the warriors leave oakland before 2027, they are oed to pay off the debt on the arena project and at this point that is looking to be about $61 million. if the team doesn't pay it taxpayers would be on the hook. the warriors are saying, they don't owe anything beyond 2017 when the lease expires. this comes as oakland is hosting public workshop to get people's input on a future coliseum city designed to keep the warriors, the a's and the raiders in

oakland. >> we are going forward with a place for all our teams to participate. the plan will have a wonderful environment for the new venue for the teams when or if they want to participate is we will have a place if all of them. >> the raiders are "very interested" but the a's have not been specific about what they would want and this week the warriors announced they bought 12 acres in san francisco's mission bay with plans to built $18,000 seat arena in time for the 2018-2019 season. sources are saying that the dispute will likely end in litigation. in the east bay police are working with officials to figure out who is behind an account soliciting inappropriate photos on instagram from students. officials e-mailed parents to warn them of this and the

someone being driven over by a fire truck. the department did not have a ban on the cameras and the chief said that johnson violated a 2009 department general order against unauthorized filming in the workplace when he recorded the crash scene with a personal camera he installed on his helmet. >> police are announcing success in the traffic crackdown to improve pedestrian safety and police and the c.h.p. issued 126 citations during the commute on wednesday and cracked down on unsafe driving, walking, and cycling on the busy stretch of the avenue including using cell phone and texting and not stopping at stop signs. there have been seven pedestrian fatalities this year. >> for the first time in 15 years the entire state of california is experiencing

lights and the construction signing but it is not blocking lanes but there is a slow down southbound reaching 101. parents and students at an east bay school district have been warned, someone is soliciting inappropriate photos in students. amy hollyfield is in pleasanton with the details. school district officials are encouraging parents to talk to their kids about social media. this is happening on instagram and officials have sent a message out to parents, e-mailing them warning them that someone has sent several kids a message requesting the teens send inappropriate pictures of themselves. parents say this is upsetting but they feel confident about their kids' judgment. >> i am not too concerned but we will talk to her about it.

>> district officials are working with police now to try and figure out who is sending the messages and they say it appears that they are coming from outside of the community. 5:33, breaking overnight reports that a virgin australia plane was hijacked were false but this was a disruptive passenger on board and the pilot notified authorities before landing safely at an airport on the resort island of bali. the passenger was drunk and had to be subdued and handcuffed. authorities took the passenger into custody. today, an 84-year-old man is expected to be arraigned for attempted murder following the wednesday shooting at a daly city medical office building. police raided raymond iwase's home and seize add shotgun and ammunition but did not fine the revolver used. sources say the intended target
